1.Brief Introduction

Laccase is made from Aspergillus oryzae by deep liquid fermentation, advanced extraction technology, ultrafiltration concentration and refining.
Widely used in food, feed, paper, textile and other industries.

2.Working Mechanism
Laccase is a protease containing copper, which is composed of three parts: peptide chain, glycogenin and Cu2+. Copper ions are located at the active site of the enzyme and are able to cooperatively transfer electrons and reduce oxygen to water in the oxidation reaction. Laccase can catalyze the oxidation of phenols and their derivatives, aromatic amines and their derivatives, carboxylic acids and their derivatives, steroid hormones, biopigments, metal-organic compounds and non-phenolic compounds and other substrates, and the higher the REDOX potential of laccase, the wider the range of substrates that can be degradable.

3.Properties
1.Temperature range: effective temperature range 10-60°C, optimum temperature 40 °C.

2.pH range: Effective pH range 3.0-6.5, optimal pH 4.5.
