1. INTRODUCTION: 

Pectinase is an enzyme that catalyzes and hastens the breakdown of pectin, a component of the primary cell wall in plants and fruits such as berries, apples and oranges. 
It is a pectinase-based product obtained by fermentation of a mix of sugar and pectin sources. 
Pectinase with other enzymes such as cellulase, are widely used in juice purification, juice and beer clarification and fruit wine industry and animal feed additive.

2. PRODUCT PROPERTIES:
Appearance : Cream Powder 
Ph: Optimal pH Range: 2.5 to 5.0 
Optimum Temperature Range:  30°C to 55°C (or 86°F to 131°F).



3.APPLICATION GUIDE:

3.1. Feed Additive: For use as a feed additive, it can be mixed to the feeds at a recommended rate of 0.05 to 0.1% by weight of feed. 
3.2 For Wine, Fruit and Fruit Juice Industries: Conditions and material for these applications may vary widely from company to company due to diverse methods involved in production.
