Proteases is a protease enzyme preparation active at neutral pH ranges and obtained from the submerged fermentation of a high protease-producing Bacillus strain.3.PROPERTIES:
Proteases provides maximal benefit at pH 6.0-8.0 with optimum at pH 7.0 and at the temperature range of 10℃-60℃ (50 -140°F) with optimum at 50℃ (122°F).
