DESCRIPTION

It is a lipase enzyme preparation obtained from the submerged fermentation of a high lipase-producing microbial strain.
It is widely used in food, feed, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, detergents, wastewater treatment and pulp and paper making industries.

WORKING MECHANISM
Lipase is an enzyme necessary for the absorption and digestion of nutrients by microorganisms and higher organisms.

This enzyme is responsible for breaking down lipids (fats), in particular triglycerides into diglycerides, monoglycerides, free fatty acids and glycerol.

PROPERTIES
It provides maximal benefit at pH 5.5-10.5 and at the temperature of 30-45℃ (86-113°F).

SPECIFICATION
It is available in solid preparation as:
Enzyme activity of 10,000 U/g and 20,000U/g

APPLICATION GUIDE
For use as a feed additive, it can be added to the mix at a rate of 0.05-0.1%.
For the paper making industry, it is added based on the instructions.
