1.INTRODUCTION:

YD550 is an Amylum conversion enzyme derived
from the submerged fermentation of Bacillus subtilis.
It is mainly used in the pulp and paper making industry.

2.TECHNICS:
The function of YD550 is equal to starch modifying agent. With unique advantages, it is applicable to various kinds of paper pulp. The surface sizing agent for paper now is usually oxidized starch.

3.SPECIFICATION
YD550 is available in liquid preparation as:
YD550 (powder)
YD550 provides maximal benefit at pH range of 6.0 – 7.0 and at the temperature of 65 – 70celsius
The product has an optimum pH of 6.0-6.5 and is deactivated at pH below 5.0.

4.BENEFITS:
The benefits of using YD550 for modifying original starch are easier operation technics, lower cost and no pollution.
This product can still have the indicated activity after three months storage under 25celsius .

In lower temperature, the activity of the product will last longer. This product should not be frozen.
