Introductions:
It is a β-glucanase preparation obtained by fermentation of a high-yielding microbial strain of β-glucanase.
The preparation can be used in brewing, juice extraction, wine clarification and animal feed industries.
Working mechanism:
It can hydrolyze glucan in poultry and pig feeds containing a lot of barley, wheat, rye and other grains, thereby improving feed utilization, increasing nutrient intake, and improving animal growth. The product can be used in the brewing industry to hydrolyze glucans that affect wort clarification and beer filtration.
The high thermostability microbial β-glucanase can enable the brewer to adjust the starch saccharification process through high temperature and shorten the starch saccharification time. β-glucanase can also be added to the fermentor or mature stage to deal with the impact Glucan for wort clarification and beer filtration.
