1.DESCRIPTION:

Xylanase is kind of xylanase preparation to degrade the xylan and the active ingredient is xylanase (internal -1,4-β-xylanase, EC3.2.1.8), which is kind of enzyme that can degrade and dissolution the plant xylan.
Xylanase is fermented by xylanase high yield strain in paper pulp manufacture, which is especially used in the industries of food, feed additive, bleaching process in paper making and medicine, which also can be used in the manufacture of fuel alcohol.

3. WORK MECHANISM:
Xylosidase (1,4-β-D-xylosidase, b xylan hydrolase is the major xylanase (endo--1,4-β-D-xylanase, EC3.2.1. 8) and EC 3.2.1.37). Xylanase (1,4-D-xylanase) hydrolysis of xylan internal 1,4 - - xylosidase hydrolysis and the small xylan as xylose oligosaccharides (5 carbon sugar) . bα-D-glucoside chain poly-wood, and then release wood - oligosaccharides.

4. FEATURES:
Xylanase optimal PH rang is 3.0 to 6.0 and the optimal temperature rang is 35 to 55 Degree Celisus.
Xylanase is light yellow powder with density of 1.1g/ml and can soluble in water easily.

5. SPECIFICATION:

UNIT DEFINITION：
Under certain conditions, the amount of enzyme needed in hydrolyzing xylan to produce 1ug of xylose in 1 minute. The xylanase units are determined on birchwood soluble xylan at PH 6 and 37℃ over a 20 minute period.
