INTRODUCTION：

Starch, a high polymeric carbohydrate is a mixture of two polysaccharide, amylose and amylopectin.
it can change the internal structure of starch, which will decrease the starch viscosity, thereby meeting the requirement in papermaking process.
It is an Amylum conversion enzyme derived from the submerged fermentation of Bacillus subtilis. It is mainly used in the pulp and paper making industry.

CHRACTERISTICS：
1. it provides maximal benefit at pH range of 6.0 – 7.0 and at the temperature of 65 – 70℃
2. The product has an optimum pH of 6.0-6.5 and is deactivated at pH below 5.0.
