1. INTRODUCTION:

Glucose oxidase is an oxidoreductase enzyme that converts glucose to hydrogen peroxide and D-glucono-δ-lactone.

2. PRODUCT PROPERTIES:
Appearance : white Powder /brown liquid
Odour: Normal microbial fermentation odour.
Activity: 10000u/g or 10000u/ml.

3.APPLICATION GUIDE:
In the food industry, it is used to remove sugar and prevent browning of egg products.
Beverage, juice, can and dry food are used to deoxidize and prolong the storage period.
It can also be used with catalase for food antisepsis and sterilization and enzyme analysis of grape.
It is used in medicine as urine sugar and blood sugar reagent.

4.Functions：
1）. Improve the operational performance of dough;
2）. Improve the stability of dough;
3）. Improve the inflation rapidity and quality of bread;
4）. Reduce or replace chemical oxidant;

5. Dosage:
For baking industry: The recommended dosage is 2-40g per ton of flour. The dosage has to be optimized based on each application, the raw material specifications, product expectation and processing parameters. It is better to begin the test with the convenient volume.

6. Packing:
1KG one foil bag or it is packaged in 25 kilogram drum. 1L one bottle or 25L one drum.
Alternative packaging is available upon request large volume orders.

7. STORAGE & Shelf Life:
Store it in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight. it maintains its enzymatic activity for considerably longer time when stored at lower temperatures (below 25°C) but the product should not be frozen. Shelf life is guaranteed for 2 years. Keep this product out of reach of children.
