1.INTRODUCTION:
Catalase is an enzyme preparation produced by deep fermentation, extraction and refining of Aspergillus niger.
Its main purpose is to efficiently decompose hydrogen peroxide (hydrogen peroxide), which is safe and environmentally friendly.
Catalase catalyzes the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide to water and oxygen. one catalase molecule can convert millions of hydrogen peroxide molecules to water and oxygen each second.

2. PRODUCT PROPERTIES:
Appearance : white Powder /brown liquid
Odour: Normal microbial fermentation odour.

Activity: 100000u/g 400000u/g or 100000u/ml 400000u/ml.

3.Functions：
1）. Catalase is used in the food industry to remove hydrogen peroxide from milk used to make cheese.
2）. Catalase is also used in food packaging to prevent food from being oxidized.
3）. In the textile industry, catalase is used to remove hydrogen peroxide from textiles to ensure that the finished products do not contain peroxide.
4）. Used in contact lens cleaning: After the lens is soaked in the detergent containing hydrogen peroxide, the residual hydrogen peroxide is removed by catalase before use.

4. Packing:
1KG one foil bag or it is packaged in 25 kilogram drum. 1L one bottle or 25L one drum.
Alternative packaging is available upon request large volume orders.

5. STORAGE & Shelf Life:

Store it in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight. it maintains its enzymatic activity for considerably longer time when stored at lower temperatures (below 25°C) but the product should not be frozen. Shelf life is guaranteed for 2 years. Keep this product out of reach of children.
