1.DESCRIPTION：
Alkaline Protease is a Alkaline protease enzyme preparation active at Alkaline pH ranges and obtained from the submerged fermentation of a high protease-producing Aspergillus strain.
It is widely used in food, feed, textile, wastewater treatment, washing industry and juice purification.This product can be widely used in the enzymatic hydrolysis and processing of animal and plant proteins in the food industry.

2.WORKING MECHANISM：
The proteolytic enzyme preparation in alkaline Protease can break down the peptide bonds in the protein foods to liberate the amino acids or polypeptides in alkaline condition. The active component of alkaline protease belongs to a serine endolucent alkaline protease, which can hydrolyze the peptide chain of protein molecules to produce polypeptides or amino acids, and can catalyze the synthesis of polypeptides in organic solvents.

4.APPLICATION GUIDE：
For use as a feed additive, Alkaline Protease can be added to the mix at a rate of 5-10 U/g.
For use in the brewing process, add Alkaline Protease at the rate of 5 U/g.
The general recommend dosage is 0.01-1kg protease added to each ton of raw materials.However, due to the difference of raw material composition and process parameters in application fields and factories, the actual addition method and amount of this product should be determined according to experiments.
