Acid Cellulase

1.DESCRIPTION

It is an enzyme preparation obtained from the submerged fermentation of a high cellulase-producing microbial strain. 

It is widely used in feed, textile, wastewater treatment and paper making industries.

2.WORKING MECHANISM

The 1,4-b-D-glucosidic linkages in cellulose, lichenin and cereal b-D glucans are hydrolyzed to release free glucose units through the successive action of cellulase enzymes. 

3.PROPERTIES

It provides maximal benefit at pH 4.8 – 5.2 
Temperature of 55 – 60℃ (131 – 140℉).

4.SPECIFICATION
it is available in liquid preparation as:
YDAC1L (with enzyme activity of 10,000 U/mL)
YDAC2 L(with enzyme activity of 20,000 U/mL)
It  is available in solid preparation as:
YDAC1P (with enzyme activity of 10,000 U/g)
YDAC2P (with enzyme activity of 20,000 U/g)

APPLICATION GUIDE

For use as a feed additive,It can be added to the mix at a rate of 0.05-0.1%.

For use in the textile industry, add it the rate of 2.5-5 g/kg of fabric dissolved as 5:1 water : clothes ratio. The product can also be added at 5-10 g/kg of fabric dissolved as 10:1 water : clothes ratio. 

For the paper making industry, it is added based on the instructions of the technicians.
